PLAYING LESSONS - $80/PERSON
Learn while you play! Maximum of four in a lesson. $80 includes 1 1/2 hour lesson & green fee. Golf clubs provided for those who need them. Recommended for students who have had some prior instruction or playing experience.

Group Registration Information-
Payments for lessons must be cash or check. We do not accept credit cards for lessons.
To sign up for a group, please call the pro shop first to check on availability (978) 774-4075. Cash & checks accepted for payment. Make checks payable to Chris Costa and mail to: Chris Costa, c/o Middleton Golf Course, PO Box 400, Middleton, MA 01949.
Policies
Payment policy • Payment must be received within one week of the date you sign up or you'll be removed from the list. If you sign up the same week a group starts, you may pay the first day.
Refund policy • With at least one week notice- 100% refund, with less than one week notice- 50% refund.
Make-ups • Only classes canceled because of weather will be made up, otherwise there are no make ups.
Weather • In cases of severe weather, you MUST call the pro shop 1 hour prior to your class for postponement info.
